Located very near Playa Concha and near the shopping district as well. I paid just a little bit extra to have a single-occupied double room and it was roomy, cosy, and lovely; overlooking a wonderful square with a fountain and a flowery garden that perfumed the air. Heaven! As well, the breakfast was indeed Continental - on the first floor - but it was with the best ingredients; fresh fruit salad, hot and cold rolls and croissants, homemade yoghurts, fresh orange juice, fresh-gound coffee, etc.
None worth mentioning. Rally!
Courteous and very helpful staff made our stay a pleasure
The location was excellent: 1 block from the beach, close to the major busses & the prime shopping, and a short walk to the Old Town where the bulk of the restaurants & bars are. The staff was very helpful, professional & polite. There was free wi-fi in the room. Breakfast was included free but I didn't try it so I can't comment on the quality. The value for the location & service was terrific.
The room was very small & the free wi-fi was slow, but considering the price these are nitpicks.
Very noisy place. As well as the streets, there was a renovation going on in the building (pretty much above my room). But the location was so good that this becomes irrelevant.
As for me the location is very good.
I would not recommend buying a room with breakfast, it is very poor. Nearby are many cafes where you can drink coffee with delicious cakes and everything is much cheaper.
The hotel could not have been better located, just a one minute walk away from the sea promenade and in the middle of the so-called Centro Romantico, with lots of interesting shops and cafes. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful.
The room was tiny, without a proper desk, just large enough for the bed. The lighting was rather dim, the one light bulb above the bed not bright enough for reading.
A friendly little place, very convenient for the beach and close to all the town's many amenities. The room wasn't huge but it had all we needed for an overnight stop and it was great value. The hotel receptionists all spoke excellent English but that wasn't the case everywhere we went in the town. We'll return to lovely San Sebastian one day we hope but we'll try to learn some more Spanish first to further enjoy all its delights.
The stuff was very friendly and the location is very gooooood! The breakfast was delicious.
It's not clean enough, we found a cockroach on the desk. There was no rubish bag in the asbin
Very well priced, great location, bright, clean and modern
Was only there for one night, so only met the reception staff. The young lady who was there when I arrived was particularly helpful.
Good location and the staff were polite and professional.
The rooms are very, very tiny. Make sure you request a room with a window to the outside, some are internal and it is hard to tell if it is night or day, let alone sunny or raining.
The hotel location is perfect to enjoy Donostia which is a beautiful town and seaside location. The service of most of the staff was first class...a spotlessly clean hotel
The first room offered was very poor in terms of size and also the bed was so poor we sank in the middle of the bed....the hotel was excellent when we asked for achange of room and we were immediately upgraded to a superior room with good beds..Donostia is not a bargain break location, it is a classy resort and you have to accept this in your pocket but the resort is fabulous
Seulement la position
The room and the bath Are very little . No park. The breakfast room is whithout windows
I have stayed at the Zaragoza Olaza many times, and never been disappointed. The location is brilliant, the staff are always friendly and obliging, the room is always very clean, and it represents excellent value, particularly for San Sebastian. It is only 1 Star, so facilities are very limited, but I go to San Sebastian to be in the Parte Vieja or on the beach, not in the hotel!! I thoroughly recommend the Zaragoza Plaza.
Easy to find, wonderful friendly and helful desk managers, clean, comfortble, great location
Would love to have tea making facilities in room Room itself was very small and got a bit stuffy
